Preparation first
Before we open a can of paint, furniture is moved or covered, floors are protected, holes and cracks are filled and sanded, and gaps between trim and wall are caulked. Stains and patched areas are primed so they do not show through.
Condo painting
We work within condo building rules for elevator bookings, work hours and parking, and we keep the unit clean and liveable while we work room by room.
Painting for landlords
For rental turnovers we can repaint a unit quickly between tenants, including patching damage from the previous tenancy, so the unit is ready to show on time.
