Choosing the right floor
Vinyl plank handles water well and suits basements, kitchens and rental units. Laminate is affordable and hard-wearing in dry rooms. Engineered hardwood gives the look of real wood with better stability than solid boards. Tile is the standard for bathrooms and entryways.

Condo flooring
Many Toronto condo buildings have rules on underlay and sound transmission for hard flooring. We check the building requirements before ordering materials so the installation is approved.
Preparation
We check the subfloor for flatness, moisture and loose areas before anything goes down. Low spots are levelled, squeaky areas are secured, and the right underlay is used for the product. Then the floor is finished with baseboards and transitions so it looks complete.
